Terms and Conditions for Autodesk Maintenance and Desktop Subscription

The current Terms and Conditions that govern all tiers of Autodesk Subscription for all new and renewal Subscriptions are provided below, as well as Interim Terms and Conditions, as they apply to Maintenance and/or Support programs that are not covered by the Autodesk Subscription Terms and Conditions. All desktop subscriptions offered by Autodesk are provided according to an amended and restated version of the Subscription Terms and Conditions, also provided below. This Subscription Amendment is only applicable to desktop subscriptions. For older versions of Subscription Terms and Conditions, please contact Autodesk’s legal department.

Interim Support and Maintenance Terms and Conditions

If you have purchased Maintenance and/or Support for products of any of the following companies which Autodesk has acquired, it will be provided pursuant to the Terms and Conditions listed below.

The following Interim Terms and Conditions only apply if you have purchased Maintenance and/or Support after Autodesk has acquired the following companies and prior to the availability of the standard Autodesk Subscription offerings for such products.
